THE BLOOD PACT - BLOCK GANG
DAN ABNETT BLOCK
Meet the Gang
An up-and-coming block gang within the dark basement levels of Dan Abnett Block, having taken every opening available since Chaos Day.
Their primary levels of operation are located within the basement sub-levels of the block. Still, the Blood Pact is slowly reaching upward, making plays against the other block gangs like the Ghosts and Sons of Sek and has even taken on the Citi-Def Blue Bloods.
Known to control the illegal eating competitions, this racket has proven to be a real money maker, giving this gang access to funds above their station. The only thing slowing them down currently is their attempted takeover of the food court level, which has been viewed as natural ground for years. The other block factions aren’t going to allow this to change and battles have broken out throughout this section.
Lieutenant Urlock
Urlock rose to notoriety in the back alley eating competitions of Dan Abnett Block. But when it became clear Urlock had no chance at pro-eating, he instead turned his attention to controlling the gambling and racketeering. With the help of his cousin Mabbon, they soon took over. With a steady income, the duo started forming a gang and pushing out into the surrounding levels. Now, the Blood Pact controls the basement levels of Dan Abnett's block, with Juves patrolling the hallways. Now, with plans of grandeur, the Blood Pact is making moves into the food court of the promenade. This has not gone unnoticed, and the local Citi-Def group the Blue Blood are determined to push them back into the basement.
Mabbon
Second in command, due to fear and aggression, comes Mabbon. Seeing his cousin Urlock rise in power, Mabbon quickly joined the newly formed gang. Not as wise or street-smart as Urlock, Mabbon has instead relied upon his natural talents. Using fear and violence to control his underlings.
Sirdar
Some citizens enter gang life due to the need for excitement, others for power and wealth, and then there are the few just seeking revenge. Sirdar falls into this final category. Having witnessed his brother's death during a Turf war against the Gav Thorpe Block. Sirdar now looks for ways and means to start a Block War, and within the Blood Pact, he is allowed to explore those avenues freely. One of the more viscous members of the gang Sirdar can always be found with Mabbon in the thick of the action.
Skara
Every Gang needs a go-to killer, and for the Blood Pact, it is Skara. Silent and deadly, Skara is the perfect enforcer. Hidden behind a skull-inspired face mask, Skara never utters a word, allowing the silence to speak for him. There is no issue that Skara can't resolve with a silent stare and his twin pistols.
Eyl
Younger sister to Skara. Her induction into the Blood Pact was more a case of wrong time, wrong place. Having followed Skara into the lower levels, Eyl saw too much, and to ensure her silence, she was inducted into the gang. Luckily, she has taken to the role and mainly serves as a lookout and getaway driver. Keeping her mostly out of harm's way.
Jago
Jago is a wannabe! He lives a life he can't afford and can barely hold together. To make matters worse his loan shark has sensed blood in the water and is circling Jago, ready to take his bite. Luckily for Jago though is the fact that Urlock is his loan shark. All he has to do is stay helpful…
Toros Revoke
The Blood Pacts Axe Man. No gang is ever truly complete without a true psychopath, and this is where Toros can shine. Using his dual axes, Toros can be found charging into the fray of most Block riots. When not fighting he makes great use of his axes by helping to make victims more bite size for the recycling units. Highly dangerous and best avoided.
Herodor
Having shunned the family business, Herodor fled down into the basement levels of Dan Abnett Block, seeking a carefree life like those in the vid-slugs. Here no one knew his Kidney Hut heritage, well almost no one. Here in the warren mazes of vents and ducts Herodor soon found his way to the Blood Pact and was welcomed into the arms of the gang by Urlock. Well, at least once Urlock finished his Kidney Hut pie.
Lucius Worna
Lucius Worna, aka the Big Man. An absolute brute of man, Worna has taken on the self-appointed role of looking after the Robodogs. Now heavily scarred and chewed up, Worna is a much-respected member of the Blood Pact. His voice carries much weight in the gang meetings, though this may have more to do with the robodogs than his intelligent ideas.
Mabose
One of Many. Mabose sought adventure away from the dull life of 'dulthood. No way was he getting a boring hobby like his parents; dishwashing was not how he wanted his future to be. So Mabose, like many disenchanted, headed to the lower levels of Dan Abnett Block to seek adventure in the boiler levels among the backrooms. Here he soon found himself in the fringe groups of the Blood Pact and slowly earned a place amongst the lower scrawling gangs. Now with a Blood Red Jacket and the name Areeeeedee, he hopes to become a full-fledged member. As long as the Jays don't stop him.
Galhoulin Tey
Galhoulin Tey, known as The Shiv, is a mid-level ganger operating within the Blood Pact of Sector 102. Based out of the Dan Abnett Block’s Kidney Hut store, she’s a familiar presence in the gang’s turf wars and shakedowns. Armed with an auto-stump gun and a serrated knife, Tey is a figure of practical menace rather than outright terror. Her weaponry, cobbled together from scavenged parts and black-market mods, reflects the gritty resourcefulness of her life in the undercity.
Robodogs - Gene The Hackman - Clara Bow and Major Canis
In the absence of most real dogs from the Mega-City, many companies developed fully automated Robodogs to take their place - as guards, pets and even guides for blind citizens who didn't want bionic replacements. Loyal to the extreme, like all robots, they can be savage if ordered to attack. As a result, a licensee is needed to own them.
