Sector 102: Murdin Eyclone - The Wannabe Recidivist.

Welcome to the first of many new posts as I create my corner of Mega City One. The setting of my tales is Sector 102, which focuses on the infamous Dan Abnett Block. More on this in the future.

So, where to begin? It made the most sense to start with this week's painted model, a Futsies from the Warlord Games: Arch Denizens of MC-1 (Buy here via my Amazon Affiliate store). Comically, I thought he had hold of a power drill in his hands when, in fact, it was a spit pistol, so this has now become his persona. I hope you enjoy and will like and follow along.

Murdin Eyclone - The Wannabe Recidivist.

Murdin Eyclone was a failed wanna-be criminal. He failed to shoplift the newest Kneepad, he failed to J-walk, and he even failed at not returning his Vid-slugs. The pressure of his inability to become a criminal changed one day after witnessing a caretaker droid illegally crossing the overpass. If a droid could break the law, why couldn't he? Something had finally snapped inside Murdin, and he turned Futsies. Racing home, he grabbed his munch tenderizer and started a rampage through the lower levels of the Dan Abnett Block. Unfortunately, one of his earliest victims was a member of the Blood Pact who had recently painted their spit pistol to look like a drill, hoping not to get stopped by a Judge. Grabbing what he believed to be a power tool, Murdin roamed the hallways "fixing" residents before being finally stopped by the Judges.

A really fun model to paint, I was really getting som Shining Vibes from him so I knew I had to go down a similar path.
